“It’s clear that President Obama is seeking a course correction and it is desperately needed.

Job losses, astronomical deficits, and a failed “economic stimulus” are costing our nation dearly.

Congress has been negligent on spending while pursuing an agenda that explodes government
involvement in all aspects of our life. Our nation can no longer afford a runaway Congress, and Ron Kind has backed Nancy Pelosi on all the major issues of the day. Ron Kind voted to
nationalize health care, stick taxpayers with a national energy tax that would cripple job
creation, and was a key vote to pass the failed economic stimulus bill and bank bailout
legislation costing us trillions!

President Obama is right to stress the need for public accountability for the excesses that have punished job providers here in Western Wisconsin. That accountability should extend to
Congress, and it is why I am running to restore some conservative common‐sense to
governance in our nation’s Capitol.”
