Dan grew up on a small dairy farm in Wisconsin where he learned a work ethic, the value of a dollar and the traditional values that shaped his life.

• Pro-Life:  I support a culture that respects the dignity of human life.  I would never support legislation that would require taxpayers to fund abortions.  Life begins at conception and we need to protect the sanctity of human life.
• Pro-2nd Amendment:  I have received an “A” from the N.R.A. for my pro-gun voting record.  I grew up hunting as a teenager on our family farm, and these rights and traditions are important to me.
• Pro-Traditional Marriage: I supported the Wisconsin constitutional amendment that provides that marriage is between one man and one woman.
