(La Crosse, Wisconsin)... Congressman Ron Kind followed Nancy Pelosi in a “YES” vote for a sweeping federal government takeover of health care Sunday.  The final vote was 219-212.  Congressional Candidate Dan Kapanke (R-La Crosse) stated that following this “wrongheaded” vote, he will fight even harder to take back Congress for the people this November.
